How do I book a date?

Email or call us! Note: We do not book sessions on Sundays. If you are concerned about a work schedule during the week we can take advantage of the summer sun and book a session at 7 PM on a weeknight or any other time convenient for you.

  • We are able to photograph at any time of day. Please let me know if your children have special needs or schedules and we will accommodate them.
  • Sitting fees are required in full a week in advance of your scheduled appointment. 
  • When traveling to a location there will be a $75 addition to your package to cover travel cost.


What should we wear?

Here are a few things that I suggest to stay away from: solid white, bold patterns, tube tops, and mini skirts.  Our sessions tell a story of who you are and this is why we ask that you be yourself and wear what you love, and not just what you've seen in pictures before.
For a family session we recommend no more than 2 outfit changes, and for children no more than 3 since they will most likely become frustrated with the hassle of changing. Seniors and engagement sessions can bring as many clothes as they would like to take the time to switch into.

Locations:

Unless you have a certain location in mind for your session I normally base the locations off of the clothing choices you choose. If you bring cowboy clothes then I will take you out into the country, but if you bring "city" … Well Livingston’s not much of a “city” but I will take you down town to get more of an urban feel to match your style. Although my style is more of a ‘country vintage meets shabby chic’, that doesn't limit us to only going into the fields and downtown Livingston. 

Rescheduling:

If you are sick or the weather changes on the day of your session then we will reschedule you at your earliest convenience without any penalty.

Timeline:

After the session is over we will have your blog feature up at Hayden Photography one week after the session. Your online gallery will be ready two weeks after your session and will be available for ordering for only 14 days. It will automatically come down 14 days from the time I posted the sessions so be sure to place your entire order before then. If you need additional help ordering we can schedule a complementary ordering sessions at your home or my office where we will help you decide on what best fits your needs. If you do not place an order within the allotted time then a $50 fee will be needed to re-load the gallery onto our server and it will only be available for 7 more days before we remove it from our server permanently. 

Once you place your order we will process it and have it shipped out in 3-4 weeks to the address provided in the order. There is a guarantee on our prints and products and if it was not what you expected then we will reprint it until we get it right!


Model Release:

When you come to the session we will have a model release for you to sign. This is to legally allow us to show your images online with our blog, shopping cart and website.
